MASSAGE THERAPY: $35/30 min, $50/45 min, $65/60 min, $80/75 min, $95/90 min 

Swedish Massage:  Very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. 

Cupping Massage: This involves placing silicone cups on the skin, creating a vacuum by suctioning out the air as it draws the skin amd underlying tissue up into the cup. This creates a tightening sensation that most people find super relaxing. The cups are then either left in place or moved around.  

Graston Technique:  This unique technique utilizes stainless steel instruments to treat scar tissue and fascial restrictions, helping to restore range of motion, eliminate pain, and to restore normal function. 

Himalayan Warm Stone Therapy: This is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. 

Prenatal massage: Promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back. 

Chair massage: ($1.00 per min) Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule. 


Express Facial: $40. This is a 30-minute service including skin cleansing, exfoliating, and mask. 

Balance and Relax Facial: $70. Begin with a deep facial cleanse to remove impurities and prep the skin for nutrient based exfoliation and refreshing mask. Relax and unwind during the facial massage to release tension. Your facial is complete with hand and foot massage.  60 minutes. 


Total Tranquility Body Polish: $85. This totally tranquil experience includes a body polish to exfoliate, massage with luxurious body butter to hydrate the skin, and then a warm body wrap while you enjoy a foot and scalp massage. 75 minutes. 

Antioxidant-boosting Body Treatment: $110.  This luxurious and super relaxing body treatment is especially great for vitamin-deficient, loose, dehydrated, and anemic skin. It begins with an aromatic salt glow, after which a rejuvenating sour cherry body mask is applied. As you are cocooned in the warmth, you will enjoy a heavenly face and scalp massage. And there's no better way to end this 90-minute escape but with an indulgent body butter massage! 90 minutes. 

Salt Scrub Add-On: $15. Salt scrub with essential oil to either back or lower legs and feet. 


Mini Spa Facial and Massage: $55. Combination of an express facial and 15 minute back/neck massage.  45 minutes. 

Just Breathe Spa Facial and Massage: $85 The best of both worlds - Relax and rejuvenate with both massage and a facial - 75 minutes.  

Warm Himalayan Stone Massage and Facial: $110. This pampering spa package includes massage with warmed Himalayan salt stones and a relaxing facial. 90 minutes. 


Relax and Restore (Restorative Practice): This deeply relaxing practice combines restorative postures, Thai massage, aromatherapy, warm stones and warm flaxseed packs. Beneficial for anyone experiencing the effects of stress, illness, or injury.  

Relax and Unwind (Stretch Class): This is a flexibility-focused class that incorporates gentle stretches breathwork, and Thai  yoga stretching techniques. Stretching helps improve circulation, increases joint range of motion, decreases muscle tension, improves posture and balance, and brings feelings of relaxation.
